Troubled cryptocurrency fintech Yuga Labs is about to face more lawsuits in relation to its nonfungible tokens (NFT) collection, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and other projects.

A source familiar with Yuga Labs says that sewer passes will give the holders the right to participate in the next iteration of its virtual world, The Summoning, which remains shrouded in mystery. It would not be unreasonable to expect a precipitous decline in sewer pass prices as February 8th approaches.
