Grayscale GBTC holds nearly 3,000 fewer BTC than yesterday

Grayscale GBTC currently holds 322,697.17 BTC, a decrease of 2,989.61 BTC compared to yesterday. The current value of Bitcoin held is approximately $23.12 billion. Since January 12, 2024, the fund has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 294,382.82 BTC.

Yesterday's net outflow of GBTC from Grayscale was about $303.3 million. In the currently published data, Bitwise's BITB had a net inflow of $40.3 million, ARK Invest's ARKB had a net inflow of $9.3 million, and the relevant data for IBIT from BlackRock and FBTC from Fidelity have not yet been disclosed.

According to data from Farside Investors, Grayscale GBTC saw a net outflow of $198.9 million yesterday, while Bitwise BITB saw a net inflow of $7.4 million. In addition, there were no fund inflows/outflows for ARK21 Shares ARKB and Franklin EZBC.

Grayscale’s two funds have removed ATOM and ADA from their holdings

According to an official announcement by Golden Finance, the latest fund component weights for each product related to the first quarter review of 2024 have been announced by Grayscale's digital large-cap fund (GDLC) and Grayscale's intelligent contract platform Ex-Ethereum fund (GSCPxE fund).

Grayscale’s actively managed investment product GDIF has designated it to hold three PoS tokens: OSMO, SOL and DOT.

Grayscale announced this week the launch of its first actively managed investment product, the Grayscale Dynamic Income Fund (GDIF). The fund's primary objective is to maximize asset staking income, with capital growth being a secondary focus. Grayscale has designated three PoS tokens to be held in the fund, with Osmosis (OSMO) accounting for 24%, Solana (SOL) accounting for 20%, and Polkadot (DOT) accounting for 14%, while the remaining 43% belongs to other tokens. According to data from Stake Rewards, the current staking reward rates are 11.09% for OSMO, 7.42% for SOL, and 11.9% for DOT.

Grayscale transferred 3,081 BTC to other wallets 7 hours ago

As monitored by The Data Nerd, 7 hours ago, Grayscale transferred 3,081 BTC (approximately $208.5 million) to another wallet, which may be deposited into Coinbase (as has happened before). In the past 3 days, Grayscale has deposited/transferred 25,100 BTC ($1.66 billion) to Coinbase. Currently, they still hold 362,000 BTC ($2.417 billion).

Grayscale transferred a total of approximately 1,473 BTC to Coinbase Prime

According to Arkham data, Grayscale transferred about 1473.3 BTC, worth about $93.53 million, to Coinbase Prime about 20 minutes ago. In addition, Grayscale also transferred 2287.6 BTC (worth about $145 million) to three new addresses.

GBTC had an outflow of US$642 million yesterday

According to Arkham data, Grayscale transferred approximately 2,785.87 BTC worth about $190 million to Coinbase Prime's address about 30 minutes ago. In addition, Grayscale also transferred 217.6 BTC worth about $14.86 million to market maker Flow Traders.

Grayscale: Ethereum Trust’s revised Form 19b-4 has been submitted to the U.S. SEC

Craig Salm, Grayscale's Chief Legal Officer, stated that Grayscale has submitted a revised 19b-4 form for the Ethereum Trust to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This is an important step towards upgrading ETHE for trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Arca.
