May 4 (Cointime) - Seed Club, a community-driven accelerator for creators in the blockchain space, has announced the launch of its new program called "The Consumer Crypto Accelerator". The accelerator is aimed at early-stage teams who are building innovative consumer products that are uniquely possible on the blockchain.

Seed Club is committing $2M to support the selected teams in their efforts to create novel experiences on the backs of digital ownership. The program is open to founders who are blurring the lines between builders and users or creators and audiences.

The first cohort of the Consumer Crypto Accelerator will begin in early June, and applications are now being accepted until May 15, 11:59pm PST.

"Projects accepted into the Consumer Crypto Accelerator will receive up to $200k in funding, and build alongside the support of our core team, insane roster of advisors (details coming this week), and network over the 3 month program. " the team said in an statement.
