SlowMist completes code audit of Taproot Chain cross-chain bridge module smart contract

It was announced that Taprootchain, a Bitcoin Layer 2 project, has completed a code audit of the cross-chain bridge module smart contract by security company SlowMist. The audit report shows that after fixing a risk vulnerability and adopting six improvement suggestions, SlowMist gave a low-risk audit opinion. Previously, Taprootchain announced that the mainnet had launched on March 28th and the first whitelist airdrop event had ended successfully. Cross-chain functionality will soon be enabled, and whitelist users can obtain their whitelist qualifications on the official website after it opens.

In the design, L2 sequencing is performed by L1 proposers who have opted-in to participate as L2 sequencers and be punished for misbehaviour. The default L2 sequencer is the current slot L1 proposer.
