The conference will release the LEVEL UP Citizen Pass on the Cardano blockchain, which offers many benefits to its holders.

The Citizen Pass is represented as an NFT, and only 100 users collected it, including those who completed at least 14 quests of the LEVEL UP Challenge. Despite the SEC's claims that ADA is an unregistered security, the Cardano blockchain has recorded good adoption rates this year, as evidenced by the surge in ADA TVL and the high interest shown by several institutions.
