Bob Lee, former CTO of Square and creator of Cash App, has died following a stabbing in San Francisco. The incident occurred in the early hours of April 4, and Lee was transported to a local hospital but later succumbed to his injuries. Bill Barhydt, CEO of crypto wallet company Abra, confirmed Lee's death on Twitter, calling him "a generous decent human being who didn't deserve to be killed." Jack Dorsey also reportedly confirmed Lee's death on the decentralized social media platform Nostr. The incident is currently under investigation.
