Oct 27 (Bloomberg) - Blockchain.com, the cryptocurrency financial-services company that was valued at $14 billion when raising capital early this year, might only fetch $3 billion to $4 billion in a new funding round, Bloomberg reported, citing sources it didn't identify.

Nothing has been locked down and talks to raise money are still preliminary, Bloomberg said.
