He believes that exchange-traded funds are the main reason for this shift because they reduce the downside risk of Bitcoin. "True institutional investors (pension funds, endowments, etc.) will still focus on allocations below 1%, but for the wealth market, above 3% is something new." The US Bitcoin ETF has seen a net inflow of $11.7 billion in just over two months since its launch, signaling long-term demand that will "continue for years."
