June 20 (Cointime) - Binance, one of the world's largest crypto exchanges, has a registered address in the UK that is shared with thousands of other companies. The address, located in a small town in Suffolk county, is actually a virtual registered address service provider called OfficeServ.

Binance has around six entities in Britain registered to provide IT and financial services, but the purpose of this specific entity is unclear. The use of virtual "shell" addresses is a common tactic employed by tech firms and large companies for various reasons, including privacy and tax benefits.
