On November 21st, Scopescan monitoring showed that within the past two hours, the investor address "0x3322" of Arbitrum development company Offchain Labs transferred approximately 86.32 million US dollars worth of ARB tokens. Among them, 35 million ARB tokens (worth about 35.9 million US dollars) were transferred to Coinbase Prime, and the remaining tokens were allocated to different ARB token locking contracts.

This incentive comes from the Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) previously passed by Arbitrum. On April 4th and 5th, the address withdrew 17.62 million ARB (worth $20.97 million) from Binance and Gate when the price was $1.19. Then, from September 10th to 14th, the address deposited 8.44 million ARB (worth $6.9 million) to Binance at a price of $0.82. Currently, the address still holds 8.34 million ARB (worth $9 million) and has lost about $4.14 million in total on ARB.

A certain whale deposited 4.93 million ARB into Binance in the past 15 hours and would lose $1.46 million if sold.
