Beleaguered crypto lender Voyager Digital is selling crypto assets including Ethereum, Shiba Inu, Chainlink, and Voyager Token. The move comes after the court approves the sale of Voyager assets to Binance.US, a subsidiary 0f Binance.

Binance.US Receives Go-ahead to Acquire 4 Trillion Shiba Inu (SHIB)

Binance.US has received the go-ahead to acquire bankrupt Voyager’s assets, including nearly 4 trillion Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens. The exchange recently received the green light for the acquisition deal from Judge Michael Wiles, a U.S. bankruptcy judge, despite stern objections from the SEC and New Jersey and Texas regulators.

Judge Approves Voyager’s Deal With Binance.US, Snubs SEC

In an unexpected turn of events, Voyager Digital has received the court’s approval to go through with their deal with Binance US, according to Bloomberg. The deal would allow Voyager’s investors to recoup between 50-73% of their holdings, contingent on the outcome of Alameda’s lawsuit against Voyager – and the recent appreciation in the value of crypto assets nearly across the board.
