The Ethereum Foundation says <a href="https://blog.ethereum.org/2022/11/30/ropsten-shutdown-announcement">in a blog today</a> that the blockchain’s Ropsten test network (testnet) has begun to wind down, with a full shutdown anticipated for sometime between December 15-31.
