Investors closely related to Musk are in talks to help his AI startup xAI raise $3 billion in financing. This round of financing will bring the company's valuation to $18 billion. Supporters considering investing in this round of financing include venture capital firm Gigafund and American venture capitalist Steve Jurvetson. The financing terms of xAI have not yet been finalized and plans may change.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk sued OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman for violating the contract. Musk claimed in the lawsuit that Altman and OpenAI had violated an agreement made when the AI research company was founded, which was to develop technology for the benefit of humanity rather than profit. According to the Financial Times, Elon Musk's artificial intelligence startup is seeking to raise $6 billion from investors to challenge OpenAI.

Citing sources from Bloomberg, it has been revealed that xAI, an artificial intelligence company owned by Musk, has received a commitment of $500 million in investment to achieve its $1 billion financing goal. The company is discussing a valuation of $15 billion to $20 billion, but terms may still change in the coming weeks. Musk responded on Twitter, calling it fake news spread by Bloomberg.

Block led by Jack Dorsey announced its Bitkey Bitcoin hardware wallet. Jack Dorsey promoted it on the X platform, saying "Move your Bitcoin out of the exchange." Musk replied to Jack Dorsey's tweet, saying "As they say, if it's not your keys, it's not your wallet." (Not your keys, not your wallet)

According to Coindesk, X.AI, supported by Musk, has submitted documents to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, planning to raise up to $1 billion through equity issuance.

Elon Musk has verbally attacked advertisers who are boycotting X, stating that the boycott will ruin X. Earlier on November 27th, X may lose up to $75 million in revenue due to more and more advertisers withdrawing. Internal documents show that over 200 ad units from companies such as Airbnb, Amazon, Coca-Cola, and Microsoft have been listed, many of which have already stopped or are considering pausing advertising on the social network.

According to The New York Times, due to dozens of major brands suspending their advertising, Musk's X platform may lose up to $75 million (approximately RMB 536 million) in advertising revenue by the end of this year. Musk's previous anti-Semitic remarks have led to many companies, including Walt Disney and Warner Bros., suspending their advertising on X. According to multiple news media reports, Apple has also withdrawn its advertising spending on X.

In response to X user Dave Lee's proposal that "Tesla hopes to establish a partnership with xAI, including Tesla providing currency investment to support its future computing resources (DOJO), and xAI providing equity to Tesla as well as the opportunity to use Grok AI in the future."Elon Musk replied that he will discuss the proposal with the board of directors.
