U.S. Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller on Friday said recent data is consistent with the notion that the U.S. central bank may be able to drive down inflation without serious harm to the labor market.

Economist Peter Schiff has warned that inflation is poised to worsen significantly and Americans’ cost of living “is going to go way up.” Citing that the Federal Reserve is financing a “massive bailout” for banks, he stressed: “This is going to cost Americans a lot of money.”

The public launch of Polygon ID comes 12 months after it was first launched in a closed-environment to a select group of builders.

U.S. inflation levels dropped slightly in January, sliding from 6.5% to 6.4%. However, inflation remains higher than expected, causing concern among investors that the U.S. central bank will continue to hike the benchmark federal funds rate.
