According to digital asset tracker Token Unlocks, this cliff unlock is expected to release approximately 1.1 billion ARB tokens, accounting for about 76% of the circulating supply of the token. <br>

Spot On Chain monitoring shows that two whales, 0x141 and 0xc99, jointly deposited 2.77 million ARB tokens (equivalent to $5.94 million) into Binance about 8 hours ago, reportedly realizing a profit of $3.29 million.

According to Spot On Chain monitoring, the smart trader 0x880 deposited 500,000 ARB coins (worth $1.01 million) into OKX about 3 hours ago, earning a profit of $167,000 (+20%). It's worth noting that the trader not only profited from ARB, but also from other past/current trades in ETH, RDNT, and WLD, with an expected total profit of $8.62 million (winning rate: 100%).

Offchain Labs has submitted the ArbOS 20 Atlas AIP proposal to the Arbitrum community. The voting will start at 07:27 on February 17th Beijing time and end at 07:28 on March 2nd. The AIP proposes multiple improvements to Arbitrum, including the ability to publish batch L2 transactions in Blob form on Ethereum at a cheaper price using EIP-4844, support for most of the changes included in the Ethereum Dencun upgrade, and two improvements to the batch release of Arbitrum One and Nova. The proposed ArbOS 20 Atlas upgrade will be available for adoption by any Arbitrum; the proposal involves Arbitrum One and Nova because they are governed by the Arbitrum DAO. At a higher level, the ArbOS upgrade can be seen as a hard fork of Arbitrum.
