Decentralized derivatives trading platform Synthetix has added seven new perpetual futures markets, including XRP, DOT, FLOKI, INJ, PEPE, SUI, and BLUR. The platform will also add support for TRX, with the new perps markets available on various trading front-ends.

Synthetix now offers SYN liquidity for a total of 40 perpetual futures markets. Perpetual futures contracts allow traders to bet on future prices of an underlying digital asset without holding the actual asset, and the markets have no expiration and trade 24/7 with high leverage. The price of SNX, Synthetix's native token, rose 3.5% on Wednesday to trade at highs of $2.60.
