Pudgy Penguins, a popular NFT collection, has launched its new "Phygital" Toy Collection & Experience on Amazon, which has resulted in explosive interest and sales. The community-licensed, first-edition Pudgy Toys are now available for purchase, and the project CEO Luca Netz has reported over $500,000 in purchases and 20,000 individual toys sold in the first two days.

The recent launch on Amazon is part of the project's approach to bring in millions of users who haven't delved into the NFT space yet, and Pudgy Penguins aims to be the face of NFTs, according to Netz. The project has raised $9 million dollars this year in a round led by early-stage investment firm 1kx.
