A partner at Loevy and Loevy firm has sent an NFT legal letter threatening to sue the founder of PSYOP, Ben.eth, over allegations of wire fraud during a token presale that raised $7 million. The letter also accused Ben.eth of using a manipulative strategy for the presale and failing to distribute tokens properly.

The NFT influencer responded via Twitter, claiming that 50% of the tokens had already been sent out and the rest would follow shortly. The letter warned of potential legal action and consequences if Ben.eth did not comply with the settlement demand.
