Moondance Labs has raised $3m in seed funding for Tanssi, its appchain infrastructure protocol that aims to simplify appchain deployment. The funding round was led by Arrington Capital, with participation from Borderless Capital, HashKey Capital, D1 Ventures, Hypersphere, C² Ventures, and Jsquare.

The Tanssi protocol offers permissionless infrastructure tools and services to developers, making appchain deployment secure, efficient, and developer-friendly. The protocol also benefits from the shared security and native interoperability of the Polkadot relay chain. The Test Network launch is anticipated later this year, with the mainnet set to go live by 2024.
