Etonec and Mina Foundation have completed a functional prototype to address gaps within the privacy and Web3 compliance space. Etonec plans to build a zero-knowledge proof solution with KYC and AML functionality within the Lumina DEX, an exchange built on Mina Protocol, to satisfy regulatory needs while protecting user privacy.

The zkp-ID solution will be available for other Web3 DeFi applications and businesses at launch, enabling them to combine privacy and compliance. The solution is expected to go live by the end of this year.
