Oct 28 (blockworks) - According to new research from investment firm Galaxy Digital, 2022 has already been a record year for venture capital funding in the crypto space, but a drop in the second half may portend a prolonged downturn.

Only $32 billion of the $121 billion in venture funds raised so far this year has been used to fund the 415 crypto-focused venture funds that have already been created.
