The Blockchain Industry in Indonesia Sees Growing Demand
Jakarta, Indonesia as the fourth largest populated country in the world, has a huge potential market for blockchain industry in the future. Bappebti (Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency) announced a new regulation on Feb 2019 defining the structure for cryptocurrency exchanges, storage companies, wallet management companies, and future exchanges. This regulation gives definite certainty to cryptocurrency and blockchain related businesses that have already been operating, as well as confidence to new businesses to invest in this sector. To avail the opportunities, KoinX in partnership with Bgogo, Jinse, and Chainup hosted an event Indonesia Blockchain Summit on 1st April 2019 at GreenHouse Co-working Space, Jakarta.
